My name is Phil Stratigis DiTramontos. I'm originally from Parsippany, NJ, but moved up to Rochester in 2005 to attend the University of Rochester. There, 2 big surprises happened: I ended up meeting my wife, Victoria, and I got into bartending. After a brief experiment in the desk-job world, I found myself back in the bar and restaurant business, and I haven't looked back since. In my spare time, I make dog treats, cook, play disc golf, and love to tour around the local and regional bar, restaurant, brewery, and distillery scene with my wife.
